Here is a more specific description of what MILCOR CONSULTING will do as an Organizational Behavioral Advisor:
Provide
proactive and strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives
Partner
with other relevant team members (from organization) to design and deliver a behavorial based core leadership and management curriculum emphasizing behaviors required across the enterprise
Lead
and / or facilitate team development / behavioral change initiatives
Coach
leaders and managers
Research
and develop customized training and manage / improve vendor & supplier relationships
Conducts
best behavorial practices research
Serve
as point of - contact (POC) and trainer of select (behavorial) professional development activities
